Here are the result of International Seminar which is conducted by DPD HIPKI JATIM entitled " Optimizing Non Formal Education Productivity In Industrial Revolution Era 4.0" on Monday, 25 August 2019 at Regent Park Hotel Malang
Globalization has already influenced many aspects. It is mentioned in economy aspect. There are 4 steps in industrial revolution, those are:
1. Industrial 1.0 which used steem engine / water power as the main power in industrial production
2. Industrial 2.0 which used electric power as the main power
3. Industrial 3.0 which used computer as the main tool in production.
4. Industrial 4.0 which uses internet services/cyber physical system.
There are some advantages and disadvantages relate to revolution industrial 4.0:
a. It influences many aspects such as; world economic activity (physic shop to digital shop)
b. Make the human life easier. Many digital applications which make the human activity become easier e.g. grab, gojek, lazada, shopee etc.
c. Increasing the factory product (smart factory) by using virtual reality (perangkat nyata) such as: 3D printer. Artificial intelligence (kecerdasan buatan) such as: robot (it can replace the human position in many aspects)
d. Opening modern job fields such as: game computer maker etc.
Disadvantages of revolution industrial 4.0;
1. There will be many peoples who lose their jobs (jobless) because the robot replace them. Only skilled worker who can survive. Non formal education can take an urgent position to give special skills.
2. The risk of losing personal data is higher than before. Keeping our personal data is important to avoid cyber crime. Government policy is also needed.
Here are some suggestions relate to revolution Industrial 4.0
1. Accepting the changes. We can't avoid the changes. Use the cyber physical system to support people daily duty.
2. Being creative, innovative and stand on our feet are needed. Change our point of view to follow the world development without leaving our cultural values.
3. Working in a team to grow bigger.
